ENCOR® 496 is designed for use as a binder for air-moisture barriers and dirt resistance finish coats. Due to its cement compatilility if can also be used as a cement modifier in adhesive/base coats with good high termperature pot life. It is an edcellent choice for use in moisture draining, exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) due to its excellent resistance to bulk water intrusion while allowing the passageof water vapor.
